REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
TERMS OF SERVICE
When a client joins a Soul Garden Seeker's course, program or mastermind or purchases a product or service, they agree to the following:
Coaching and mentoring only works when the client is fully committed and pro-active in the outlined process and the result(s) they are seeking. Client's results are dependent on their personal factors and current skills of knowledge, ability, dedication, network and financial situation, all of which are beyond the provider's control. The client alone is responsible for their actions, non-actions and the results of the coaching, service and support received during the program or service for their life and business.
By purchasing a program, service or written material from Soul Garden Seekers, the client understands results experienced by each client can vary significantly.
SOUL GARDEN SEEKERS GUARANTEE
However, if the client has proof that all the program requirements were performed when they were required to a reasonable level, the provider agrees to work with the client to find a solution to their satisfaction.
Soul Garden Seekers has a no-refund policy of 24 hours prior to and once the program, course, membership subscription or service has commenced as the client has already obtained immediate access to in-depth information. Soul Garden Seekers offers complementary 30 minute Discovery Calls to any client to ensure any Soul Garden Seekers program, course or service will benefit that client. If you are at all uncertain about a purchase, please make sure you take advantage of this complementary service before purchasing a service or product.
Please note: You (the 'Client') and Soul Garden Seekers (the 'Provider') are bound by Soul Garden Seekers Terms of Service for any purchases you perform. Please read our Terms of Service carefully before completing your checkout.
The following returns policy applies to all items sold on Soul Garden Seekers.
If you are not fully satisfied with any item purchased, you may return it in the manufacturer's original packaging together with your original sales receipt, gift receipt or original packing slip. We will happily arrange an exchange or refund your full purchase price.
An item not marked as non-returnable on the product detail page is eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- Was in a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery
- Has one or more parts of accessories missing
- Does not match with what was ordered
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
